B-VER  CONSTRUCTION  SDN. BHD.  (formerly  known  as  B-VER CONSTRUCTION), was
established in June, 2001. Backed by the CEO's 20 plus years in the construction 
industry, B-VER was formed to provide construction services to various phases of 
construction work in the industry.

        Currently, B-VER is actively involved in various construction work with special
emphasis on the oil & gas sector. B-VER's core business is in the following field of
activities:

                 Civil work.
                 Building work.
                 Infrastructure work.
                 Construction support and maintenance work.
                 Manpower supply.

Leading a team of subcontractors, B-VER has been involved in projects ranging from
RM 100,000.00 to RM 4 million.

        Over this short period of time, B-VER has managed to include major clientele
consisting of oil & gas and petrochemical companies to established EPCC's contractors.
With the successful completion of projects and good track record, B-VER has shown
its ability to provide excellent disciplinary construction expertise in the industry.

        Currently, B-VER maintains over 50 full time staff consisting of supervisors,
foreman, field workers, administrative and other supporting personnel; offering
reliable services both in the field and in the control of schedule, material,
quality and safety.

        Backed by proven team and good resources in manpower, equipment and
techniques, B-VER having good construction capability, is able to provide and
offer construction and project implementations irrespective of location at a
competitive budget and within a short time frame.
